Oliver Jovanovic

Oliver Jovanovic earned a B.A. and M.S. from the University of Chicago, and a M.A. and M.Ph. from Columbia University. He was due to defend his doctoral thesis at Columbia University on December 20th, 1996.

He has worked in the fields of molecular genetics, computational biology, multimedia, telecommunications and web design.

He has published three research papers, and had six more in preparation, as well as his doctoral thesis. Jovanovic founded the Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center Macintosh User Group, was active in a number of student organizations at Columbia, including the Graduate Student Organization, Columbia University Macintosh User Group, Columbia University Aikido Club and the Physicians & Surgeons Aikido Club, and had organized self defense courses for men and women on campus. He designed the eMedia Guitar Method CD-ROM, the best selling CD-ROM guitar tutorial. He designed and developed a number of web sites, including the award winning eMedia web site. He was also working on a new edition of the Avalon Hill Game Company's RuneQuest game.

Mr. Jovanovic has no criminal record, had never been arrested, and had never before been accused of sexual harassment or sexual assault.
